What We Do

The channels are
already open.

We are an online retailer. We list, price, promote, ship and answer the phone — across 12 sales channels, 10 storefronts we built ourselves, and Google and Meta, into 125+ countries. We have run it for our own brands since 2017, on a platform our own developers built. None of it opened quickly, and none of it has to be opened again.

Marketplaces
Amazon, eBay, Zalando, Walmart, Allegro, eMAG, About You.
Our storefronts
10 of our own. We build them and we run them.
Search & social
Google, Meta, Pinterest, Bing — campaigns we run and pay for.

WHAT WE DO
TPL · 2026
The Paradigm

A distributor is one country.
You need twenty.

Appointing a distributor is a good decision. Appointing twenty of them is a different job, and it is the job nobody costs properly before starting it.

01 · FIND
Twenty searches, twenty verdicts.
For each market: who is credible, who already carries a competitor, who will actually push the line rather than shelve it. You are hiring, in a country you do not live in, on references you cannot check.
02 · AGREE
Twenty contracts, twenty exceptions.
Territory, exclusivity, minimums, pricing floors, term, termination. Each one negotiated separately, each one slightly different, and every difference is a thing you have to remember for years.
03 · SUPPLY
Twenty forecasts you cannot verify.
They tell you what they will take. You build it. Some of them are right. You are carrying production risk against twenty separate guesses, and you find out which were wrong a season late.
04 · CHASE
Nobody is accountable for the others.
One market goes quiet and nobody else notices. There is no consolidated view of how your brand is selling anywhere, because there is no one whose job that is. Twenty relationships is not a network.

This describes the shape of the work, not a claim about a figure in this room. Twenty is an illustration — the number that matters is however many markets you actually want.

04THE SHORTCUT
ONE AGREEMENT
TPL · 2026
The Model

5 steps.
1 distributor agreement.

The same sequence every brand on the platform went through. No pilot, no portal, no integration project you have to staff.

01 · PITCH
Send us what you make.
Category, price range, where you sell today, roughly how much you produce. No deck required. NDA on request.
02 · AGREE
Partnership agreement.
We agree the terms to distribute the products internationally via TPL sales channels, in multiple countries.
03 · BUY
Initial purchase order.
We buy your stock and take title into our warehouse. Per purchase order — not your whole catalogue, and not a forecast you have to defend.
04 · SELL
Listings, pricing, promotion.
We sell as the merchant across Amazon, eBay, eMAG and our own online storefronts: we run content, pricing and promotion.
05 · SERVE
Ship, care, repeat.
We make the sale, then ship internationally or serve via our 3PL to 125+ countries, run multilingual customer care, and handle returns and warranty — under one roof.

Steps as published on tpl.gr/models/b2b2c.html. The commercial terms of step 02 are per-brand and are not on this slide.

05THE MODEL
THE SOLUTION
TPL · 2026
The Reach

Demand that
already exists.

Under B2B2C you are not buying a plan to build a market. You are buying access to the ones we are already selling in — and the honest half of that is the list of things this model does not include.

What you get.

Our channel network
Accounts that already have history, ratings and rank. Not new listings hoping to be found.
We are the merchant
Our invoice, our tax filing, our account health, our suspensions to survive.
Zero marketing spend
Yours is zero under this model. That is on the comparison table, and it is the row that matters.
One accountable team
One company answering for every market, with a consolidated view of all of them.

What it is not.

No Amazon FBA · Prime
Not available under B2B2C. It is available under D2C.
No USA shipping
Not available under B2B2C. D2C is the only model that has it.
Not brand-building
We sell where demand exists. Making your name mean something in a market that has never heard it is a different model and a bigger budget.
Not your storefronts
We sell on our channels. Official per-country storefronts in your name are D2C.

Both columns are on the comparison table on the next slide, in the website's own words. If either exclusion is a dealbreaker, that is a redirect to another model — not the end of the conversation.

07THE CHOICE
FIVE MODELS, ONE SHEET
TPL · 2026
The Proof

Two brands,
one territory each.

Two, and that is the count — not a shortlist. They are also one story: we hold SCOTT for Greece through RTM Helmos, which is our own sister company.

B2B2C · Exclusive for Greece

SCOTT Sports

SCOTT Sports SA · Switzerland
SCOTT began in 1958, when Ed Scott — an engineer and a skier in Sun Valley, Idaho — tapered the first aluminium ski pole. Sixty-eight years on it is a Swiss company spanning bike, winter, motorsports and running. We hold it exclusively for the Greek territory through our sister company RTM Helmos, buy the stock outright, and sell it on the channels we already run.

B2B2C · Since December 2024

RTM Helmos

Ride The Mountain · Kalavrita, Greece
A ski shop started in Kalavrita in 2015 by a group of skiers, carrying thirteen brands for snow and mountain. We took on the stock and the Greek distribution rights in December 2024 — and kept the brand, the shop and the ski school exactly where they were. A distribution model is not supposed to swallow the thing it distributes.

Both have a public case study on tpl.gr. The SCOTT relationship runs through RTM Helmos — say so; it is the more interesting fact, not the awkward one.

The Trade-off

We sell where demand
already exists.

That sentence is the offer and the limitation in the same breath, and it is our own published trade-off for this model. It is worth being precise about which one you are hearing.

What that buys you.

  • Speed. The accounts, the rank and the ratings already exist. You are not waiting out the cold start in twelve markets at once.
  • No spend on your side. Zero marketing budget from you — the only column on the table where that is true and ours is not zero either.
  • No inventory gamble on your side. We buy per purchase order and take title. Whatever we bought, we own.

What it costs you.

  • Less brand-building than D2C. Our words, from our own site. We sell into demand; we do not manufacture it.
  • Your name will travel further than it becomes known. If the goal is a brand in a market rather than volume through a channel, this is the wrong model and D2C is the right one.
  • No FBA, no Prime, no USA. Reach is wide, but it is our reach — and its edges are printed on the previous slide.

"Less brand-building than D2C. We sell where demand already exists." — the trade-off as published on tpl.gr, unedited.

TPL · 2026
The Process

One email starts it.

Tell us what you make. We will tell you straight whether B2B2C fits — or which of the other four models does.

Before anything is agreed.

01
You send one email.
Category, price point, market size. No deck, no forms, no portal.
02
We read it.
A person reads it. No gatekeeping, and a reply within one business day.
03
We do the research.
We look at the market ourselves, at our cost, and come back with a yes, a no, or a different model.

After a yes.

Weeks 1–2
Distributor agreement: territories, terms, and which of our channels carry the line.
Weeks 2–5
The first purchase order. We buy, we take title, and the risk on those units is ours.
Weeks 4–8
Listings, content and pricing built onto accounts that already rank.
By week 12
Selling, in more than one country, care desk live in the local languages.

Indicative sequencing for a first launch. Real dates depend on your production lead time and the territories we agree.

Why Us

A distributor that had to
build the machine first.

Anybody can hold your stock. What decides whether it sells is the operation underneath — and ours has had to survive our own profit and loss every day since 2017.

The stack we built for ourselves.

//001
One commerce platform.
Built in-house since 2017 by our own developers. Never sold — it answers to our P&L, not to a demo.
//002
Every channel, one integration.
Marketplaces, storefronts, comparison engines and ads, plus ERP integration into your systems.
//003
Pricing and AI-assisted care.
Dynamic pricing across channels, and a multilingual desk that answers in the language the customer wrote in.
//004
Carrier rates.
Negotiated on the volume of 80+ brands, not on yours alone.
//005
Secure environments.
Our own infrastructure, our own controls, our own people running it.
//006
One accountable team.
One team on the account, and one consolidated view of every market it sells in.

Where the operation sits.

Patras · since 2006
The hub. 48 hours to 80% of European consumers.
New Jersey · live
Shipping now. Evidence the operation is real — USA shipping itself is a D2C capability, not a B2B2C one.
India · 2027 horizon
A manufacturing-rim gateway, not a market. Not available today.
3PL network
Stock positioned where it sells, not held in one place and shipped far.
